I have had to redesign my website because the software that I originally used to build it (Microsoft Front Page) had become obsolete, at least by my web provider. So I have been working on redoing it with new software. I have tried to keep its look exactly the same as it was originally and I think I have succeded. It has, however been some what of a PITA learning the new software and trying to get it just right. I finally have my garage ready to begin the work on my Runner and it will be in the garage as soon as the ground gets solid enough to start moving things around. It has been a long struggle getting ready to start the Runner's restoration and I am far behind my original plans to do so. Now it looks like the polititians are going to have a large effect on the project, having completely and thoroughly destroyed the economy. Now I get to wonder if I get to keep my job or have one of any kind. Fortunately, for many years, I have been collecting parts and resources for the project and can work on it for a long time with what I have. (If I get to keep my house and other things.) So please keep checking the site for updates as it is really close to start time now. More to come soon.

This is going to be an update on my brother-in-law Al's 1964 Barracuda page. He is getting pretty close to being finished with it. He has had it running and I believe he has moved it under its own power. However, he has not driven it yet. He said it sounds good and all systems are go at this time. I have a bunch of pictures to post showing its almost finished condition. I don't have the time to post them now, but I will get them shortly. Please check back from time to time to see them. I will have updates on my Road Runner in the spring.

I visited with Al during a family gathering just before Christmas and got to see his Barracuda. It is nearly finished and it is looking great. We were going to take it out for a short maiden voyage, but the weather turned nasty on us and we didn't get to do it. I did get to check it out and listen to it run. It sounds great and as soon as the weather breaks and the streets clear up he will be taking Yogi out for his first shake down cruise. I am looking forward to a ride (and possibly a drive?) in the car. I will post the final finished pictures in the in the late spring or early summer. As I said Yogi looks and sounds great. Al has taken what most people would have considerd a pile of junk ready for the scrap heap turned it into a like new and very cool piece of Chrysler history. He did most of the work himself and has never had a mechanical background. I am very impressed with his work. Check out the pics at the bottom of Al's page.
